Senior Sous Chef
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sous to work closely with an experienced Head Chef at a prominent cultural and heritage venue in Central London.
- Average of 48 hours per week – including weekends.
- 10% wage bonus if targets are hit.
- Must only work on average 2 nights a month.

As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing production for up to 800+ covers, and taking full responsibility for the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.
You’ll work with quality ingredients. Everything is made in-house to a high standard. You’ll have the opportunity to work with the Head Chef and contribute ideas for new menus.
The Person
Previous experience as a Senior Sous/Sous Chef within busy production kitchens is needed.
An inspiring leader who will mentor, develop and help to retain a close-knit team of 10-12 Chefs.
Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence.
Good financial awareness with experience of ordering and rota writing. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
