Nursery - CISCO Nursery
Salary- Starting from £13.82 per hour (Level 2), £14.36 per hour(Level 3) (dependent on qualification/s and experience)
Location- Feltham, London
Hours - 8 hour shift/shifts- flexible what days during the week

We’re looking for a flexible working practitioner to join our Bright Flex / Bank team at our CISCO nursery. We are a 55 place client based nursery close to Bedfont Lakes in Feltham. We have on site parking and an overground and underground station (Hatton Cross, Feltham Train station) less than 10 minutes away – both operate a courtesy bus which will take you to and from the station directly to the nursery. The site itself has a range of facilities including a gym, restaurants and lovely areas to walk in during your lunch breaks as well as access to Bedfont Lakes Country Park. The nursery has three classrooms and a beautiful garden which is used by all of the children, it has mud kitchens, a sensory area and growing areas

The Role
Working as part of our Bright Flex / Bank team, you can blend the convenience of bank/ agency work, with the security and benefits of being an employee – giving you the best of both worlds!
Within this role, you will support colleagues with their delivery of the EYFS through engaging children in entertaining and educational activities, encouraging their development towards key milestones. You will also work as part of a larger team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, such as room tidying and preparation.
What we’re looking for
Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
Previous experience working with children – Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults
Sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding
Ability to be flexible and adaptable
