We’re looking for a creative Senior Innovation & Strategy Consultant to join us. From day one, you’ll own your own projects and client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who’s keen to build their career within life sciences consulting and master genuinely novel design-led approaches.

your responsibilities.

  • Designing and delivering strategy consulting projects, across our core practice areas: Marketing Excellence, Medical Excellence, Patient Engagement and AI & Digital Transformation

  • Owning day to day client contact, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics and understanding client needs

  • Shaping the story for new proposals and client bids, preparing budgets and developing statements of work

  • Sharing your knowledge and ideas to help us deliver cutting edge work and build new tools, templates and processes that support our growth.

  • You’re fascinated by how industries evolve, especially in pharma, biotech, and medtech. You’re quick to grasp key market shifts and can translate them into smart, actionable insights.

the experience we’re looking for.

  • Consulting experience: You have at least 3 years of strategy/ management consulting or other relevant experience under your belt.

  • Industry Knowledge: You have some direct experience or a deep interest in Pharma, Life Sciences or Healthcare. You’re starting to see what’s broken and motivated to fix it.

  • Organisation skills: The ability to prioritise tasks and work towards deadlines comes naturally to you. You enjoy the variety that comes with juggling multiple projects.

  • A 20 minute intro call

  • A 50 minute interview focused on the core skills for the role

  • A short take home task

  • An 50 minute final interview (including a debrief on the task and broader questions about your personal values and ways of working)
