Secondary Supply Teacher
Smart Teachers are recruiting passionate and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work across a range of welcoming and well-resourced secondary schools in London Borough of Waltham Forest.

Opportunities available for day-to-day supply, short-term blocks, and long-term placements
About the school
We work in partnership with a variety of secondary schools across Waltham Forest, including high-achieving academies, community schools, and inclusive mainstream settings. Many offer modern facilities, supportive leadership teams, and excellent transport links via the Victoria Line and Overground.
Requirements
To be considered for the role of Secondary Supply Teacher you will:
- QTS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (KS3–KS5 desirable)
- Strong behaviour management skills
- Flexible, reliable, and confident adapting to new environments
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
- Suitable teaching experience
