Job Title: Senior Salesforce Administrator (AI-Focused) Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 (Dependent on Experience)

The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with extensive AI experience to take ownership of the Salesforce platform and play a key role in driving intelligent automation and insight across our clients business. This is a hybrid role based in London, offering the opportunity to work closely with commercial, marketing, and data teams in a fast-paced media environment.
You will act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce, leading on platform optimisation, AI-driven enhancements, and best practice governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and administer the Salesforce platform, ensuring stability, scalability, and high performance
- Design, configure, and optimise Salesforce solutions using declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, custom objects, etc.)
- Lead the implementation and adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities (e.g. Einstein, predictive analytics, intelligent automation)
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce and AI-enabled solutions
- Drive data quality, reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights across the organisation
- Manage releases, testing, deployments, and environment strategy
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior admins, and championing best practice
- Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and governance standards
Key Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Salesforce Administrator in a complex environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce AI tools (Einstein, AI-driven analytics, automation, or integrations with external AI platforms)
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud (experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus)
- Advanced experience with Flows, automation, reporting, and dashboards
- Strong data management and data modelling skills
- Experience working in an agile, stakeholder-facing environment
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or AI-related certifications highly desirable)
