The Role
At Freshwave , we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our delivery team on an initial 6-month day rate contract , with strong potential for extension.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of complex indoor mobile and WiFi deployment projects , playing a key role in delivering high-quality connectivity solutions across a fast-paced and innovative environment.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead multiple projects end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, with a strong focus on right-first-time handover into Network Engineering & Operations.
Reporting into the Head of Delivery, you will bring strong programme leadership, stakeholder management and commercial awareness, working closely with teams across Commercial, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations to drive successful outcomes.

Key responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: Lead multiple Indoor & WiFi projects from contract award to handover, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
- Planning & Coordination: Develop delivery plans, manage dependencies, and align cross-functional teams across Design, Build, Integration, and Operations.
- Financial & Commercial: Own project budgets, track costs, forecast resources, and support smooth contract-to-delivery transitions.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as primary contact for customers, partners, landlords, and MNOs; provide clear, data-driven updates and governance.
- Supplier & Partner Oversight: Drive supplier performance, adherence to SLAs, and optimise frameworks and costs.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement: Ensure Right-First-Time delivery, structured handovers, quality governance, and ongoing process improvements.
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Proven track record in delivering telecoms solutions is essential
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end telecoms deployment lifecycle
- Experience managing multiple complex projects concurrently
- Commercially and financially astute with budget ownership experience
- Knowledge of construction and telecoms health & safety, including CDM regulations
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM, Agile, or similar)
- Strong reporting skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
