Real Estate Litigation Associate
A well-regarded London law firm is looking to hire a Property Litigation Associate (2+ PQE) to join its established real estate disputes team.
The team advises a broad client base including major property investors, developers, corporate occupiers and high-net-worth individuals, handling a wide range of complex real estate disputes.
Typical matters include:
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Dilapidations and possession claims
- Development and construction disputes
- Rights of light and party wall matters
- Service charge disputes
- Telecommunications Code issues
- Professional negligence and insolvency-related property disputes
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ PQE in property litigation
- Experience from a reputable real estate disputes practice
- Strong drafting and client management skills
- The ability to manage a varied contentious property caseload
