What you’ll do
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive with experience in both managing existing client relationships and acquiring new logos. This role involves driving revenue growth through new business opportunities but also ensuring client satisfaction, contract renewals, up-selling complex solutions. This is a full-time position, London based but fully remote, and reports to the Vice President of Global Sales.
- Pursue new business opportunities to acquire new clients.
- Identify and develop key relationships with existing clients to grow sales revenue.
- Work directly with senior decision-makers such as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Product Officer, VP of Engineering, and their teams to ensure satisfaction and look for up-sell opportunities.
- Own the sales funnel across the entire cycle – from lead to close.
- Own all sales conversion metrics and monthly goals.
- Conduct client presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Provide solutions to complex business problems for areas of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
- Generate a healthy opportunity pipeline for both existing and new accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the client experience and deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with leadership on business unit enhancements that improve efficiencies and create better client relations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the technology sector.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Wha t you’ll need
- At least 10 years of sales experience in B2B sales, both new logo acquisition and account management.
- A track record of exceeding revenue quotas and ensuring contract renewals.
- Solution sales experience in a digital engineering services capacity.
- Experience in selling professional services or software sales to clients from verticals such as cybersecurity, telecommunication, hosting, ISP, MSP, digital marketplace providers.
- An understanding of cloud enablement strategies, channel, and market trends.
- High levels of energy and a winning attitude.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
- Ability to critically think through problems and identify solutions.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
