Fram is working with an established wealth management business looking to appoint experienced Financial Advisers across a number of major European expatriate markets.
These are employed positions and, importantly, there is no requirement to bring an existing client book. The firm has an established client base and lead generation capability, allowing advisers to focus on providing high-quality advice, developing client relationships and converting opportunities rather than being expected to arrive with portable assets or build a practice entirely from scratch.
The role will suit an adviser who enjoys working with internationally mobile and expatriate clients, whose financial affairs can often be more complex than those of a purely domestic client base. Advisers will work with clients to understand their circumstances, objectives and longer-term plans, providing appropriate advice across investments, retirement planning and wider wealth management needs.
Opportunities are available across major European expatriate locations, and the firm is interested in speaking with advisers already based internationally as well as those considering a move from the UK or another European market. The precise location can therefore be discussed according to an individual's experience, language capabilities and preferred market.
The successful candidate is likely to have a strong track record in financial advice or wealth management, with the ability to build trust quickly and develop long-term client relationships. Commercial awareness is important, as is the confidence to convert genuine opportunities into clients, but this is very different from being expected to arrive with a ready-made book of business.
The business provides advisers with the infrastructure, client opportunities and support needed to develop a successful career within international wealth management. This could particularly appeal to an adviser who wants the opportunity to work overseas while retaining the security and structure of an employed role.
