Analyst Graduate Programme 2026

About the Graduate Programme

Our Graduate Analyst Programme is a two-year structured pathway designed to help you start your consulting career. You'll develop the skills, experience, and professional growth needed to succeed, while specialising in one of our two practice areas:

Identity Access and Management (IAM)

  • Exposure to IAM concepts such as access provisioning/deprovisioning, JML Processes, authentication and authorisation, privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance & administration (IGA).
  • Assist with strategies & target operating models, and process improvement projects.
  • Hands-on experience with leading IAM tools, including SailPoint IdentityIQ/Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Delinea Secret Server, and CyberArk.
  • Undertake training and certifications of leading IAM technologies.
  • Involvement in IAM software configuration, system integration, business analysis and policy implementation.
  • Opportunity to collaborate with clients and senior consultants through workshops, meetings, and calls.
  • Develop an understanding of project governance.

Risk, Security and Controls (RSC)

  • Exposure to risk management, security assurance, and controls advisory.
  • Support our consulting team in working with clients to enhance governance frameworks, evaluate security risks, and improve business controls (Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)).
  • Work with business applications, such as SAP, to understand, assess and improve internal controls and operational processes.
  • Work with Vulnerability & Threat Detection for SAP application environments.
  • Delivery of Access Governance and authorisation-based solutions within SAP applications.
  • Support the implementation of enabling GRC technology to solve business governance challenges.
  • Collaborate with clients and our consultants to strengthen governance frameworks and achieve regulatory or industry standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO27001).
  • Typical activities may include providing support and shadowing on data analysis to identify control gaps, risk assessments, compliance reviews, and implementing access governance and control solutions.

By joining our team, you can expect to be working on or shadowing on challenging projects across one of the practice areas, which are supported by our advisory, assurance, managed services, and implementation offerings — giving you the chance to gain real-world consulting experience across a diverse range of industries and global clients (e.g., FTSE 100).

About You

We are looking for independent, proactive and ambitious individuals who are committed to making a meaningful contribution. While an Information Security background would be advantageous, intellectual curiosity and a positive can-do attitude is more important. Potential is what excites us, so if you appreciate attention to detail, enjoy utilising data to inform decisions, and want to work in a project environment alongside a range of clients, then we want to hear from you.

We expect to build your technical and non-technical skills throughout the programme, so no existing technical knowledge is required to apply.

What to Expect in Your First Year

  • You'll be aligned with one of our practice areas, based on your experience and interests, giving you the opportunity to pursue a more specialist certification in your second year.
  • An immersive training schedule, ‘Turnkey Bootcamp’, to introduce you to our strategic practice pillars and provide an understanding of the technical aspects fundamental to this role.
  • After initial training, you will be placed on projects across the strategic service lines as soon as possible, supported by the senior delivery team, and take responsibility for your deliverables and tasks.
  • You will focus on developing your soft skills, including teamwork, collaboration, time management, and problem-solving.
  • You must obtain and pass the Certificate in Information Security Management Principles (CISMP) examination. Upon passing, you will advance to your second year in 2027.

What to Expect in Your Second Year

  • Obtain a certification in a technical area related to your chosen Turnkey service offerings.
  • Suggest creative solutions to client problems.
  • Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business development strategies relevant to assigned projects.
  • Conduct client meetings and build strong relationships to maintain engagement during projects.
  • Proactively seek opportunities for ongoing improvement in your selected area while staying current with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.

Key Attributes We Are Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to build enduring relationships.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and to “get involved”.
  • Analytical skills to investigate and solve complex problems in a structured manner.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Flexibility to work on multiple different types of projects.
  • Confidence to ask questions and contribute.
  • Initiative – always looking for more efficient ways of doing things.
  • An inquisitive mind capable of considering the unintended opportunities for disruptions and consequences of security gaps.
  • Coding skills are advantageous but not essential.
  • Understanding of basics of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) would be advantageous but not essential.

Your Responsibilities May Include

  • Supporting team on client projects and multidisciplinary engagements.
  • Working on projects and supporting delivery teams for recognisable brands and multinational organisations.
  • Assisting on our managed service engagements to deliver improvements and enhancements to our customers’ ongoing business operations.
  • Supporting application or solution implementation, including testing and validation.
  • Coordinating with clients and colleagues to ensure project tasks meet quality standards.
  • Helping with data analysis to drive decision-making and help provide the best solutions to our clients.
  • Contributing to internal initiatives and practice development activities, which may include HR, marketing, events, or managing team social activities.
