Rate of pay: £38,000 - £40,643 per annum
Working pattern: Monday to Friday 40 hours - 6.30/6.45am - 3/3.30pm
Location: EC2M 4UJ
Key responsibilities:
• Create and prepare high-quality dishes from scratch, ensuring the highest standards of taste and presentation
• To Manage and oversee various kitchen sections
• Maintain a sense of urgency and efficiency while working in the kitchen
• Ensure all food items are prepared and served in a timely manner
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Work collaboratively with the Back of House (BOH) brigade, currently consisting of 23 members
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff as needed
• Foster a supportive and fun work environment, encouraging team spirit and camaraderie
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation
• Address any customer feedback or concerns professionally and promptly
