Your primary mission is to ensure the successful on-time and on-budget delivery of these projects by collaborating closely with Client Practices. • Own and actively manage all resource allocations required in the delivery plan, ensuring you have secured the optimal team for the project, all members are allocated, briefed, and delivery remains on track throughout.

  • Work with the Studio Manager to resolve any resourcing conflicts and/or issues.

  • Manage third-party deliveries, including sourcing, briefing, costing, and overseeing any deliveries by third parties or freelancers, while ensuring that all costs are reflected in the budget.

  • Ensure the project is constantly progressing according to the timeline and the agreed-upon brief.

  • Manage the full internal and external feedback and amendment process, including updating the client on next steps and input/feedback requirements.

  • Oversee internal quality control (QC) of the project and external proofreading to ensure only the highest-quality deliverables are shared with clients.

  • Ensure project delivery remains on budget by actively reviewing all costs accrued during delivery and making necessary adjustments to the delivery plan.

Best Practices

  • Follow all best practice delivery processes and workflows defined by the operations team.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement any necessary changes to workflows.

  • Own the project workspace in our Mavenlink platform during the delivery phase of the project.
