Senior Solution Architect (IT)
Qualifications & Experience: 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with expertise in HRIS, ERP, CRM, and Shared Services. Hands-on experience with major HRIS and CRM platforms. Hands-on experience with Enterprise Architecture tools like ARIS, LeanIX, or BizzDesign. Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP), APIs and integration patterns. Experience in business process optimisation, automation, and IT service management (ITSM) frameworks. Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. Preferred Skills: TOGAF, Zachman, or SAFe certification for enterprise architecture. Experience with artificial intelligence and analytics tools. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies. Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance in enterprise applications.
