Childcare Lawyer
A local authority based in London is seeking a Childcare Lawyer for an initial period of three months.
The successful Childcare Lawyer will be required to provide expert legal advice, manage a diverse caseload of childcare matters, and contribute to high profile cases. You will draft legal documents, prepare court submission, conduct legal research. You will carry a caseload of circa. 10 cases in proceedings and some PLO matters.
The local authority is seeking candidates with a proven track record working in local government. You must hold a practising certificate to be considered for the role.
This is a hybrid working role.
The pay rate on offer is £232 PAYE per day or £318.84 umbrella per day.
