Full UK Driving Licence Essential Candidates can be based anywhere across England or Wales, provided they are willing and able to travel nationally. As a Rapid Response Support Worker, you'll be part of a specialist team deployed where support is needed most. One week you could be helping someone with complex needs leave hospital and safely return home; the next, you could be stabilising a care package to prevent a hospital admission and enable someone to remain living independently.You'll step into critical situations, bring stability, confidence and compassion, and make a genuine difference when it matters most. Travel is a core part of this role: This is a national role and regular travel across England and Wales is required. You must be comfortable: Travelling to assignments across the UKWorking both live-in and live-out packagesStaying away from home when required To support you: Mileage is paid for business travelAccommodation is provided when assignments are outside reasonable daily travelling distanceAccommodation is also provided for live-out packages where an overnight stay is required If you are looking for a role based in one local area, this position is unlikely to be suitable.
