E-Commerce & Dtc Intern

Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for e-commerce and DTC operations, and a keen interest in Luxury fashion? Liberowe is looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on intern to support our day-to-day operations. You'll play an active role across order fulfilment, inventory management, and our Shopify backend - with occasional exposure to creative and press workflows as the business demands.

Responsibilities:
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, quality-check, and pack luxury orders to brand standard. Ensure every unboxing experience reflects the quality our customers expect. Prepare and assign accurate shipping labels to each order before dispatch.
  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outbound products to ensure they meet our standards for presentation, packaging, and condition before they reach the customer or return back into our stock.
  • Stock Integrity: Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies with our digital records. Remove out-of-stock products from active listings and help keep inventory data accurate at all times.
  • Shopify Assistance: Create and edit product listings in Shopify drafts. Ensure correct imagery is uploaded, quantities and prices are set correctly, and update market pricing across collections as needed.
  • Digital Asset Assistance: From time to time, you may assist with Adobe InDesign layout work for seasonal lookbooks, line sheets, and wholesale catalogues, as well as helping to fulfil special requests from press outlets and VIP customers.

Qualifications:
  • Student in but not limited to Fashion Communications, Marketing/Digital Marketing, Fashion Merchandising/Management or Business Administration/Management.
Characteristics/skills:
  • Prior experience in using an industrial steamer - To prepare items for dispatch
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Indesign.
  • Basic understanding of Shopify platform use is a plus.
  • Basic sewing and hand-stitching skills is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and adaptable.
  • Strong understanding of the LIBEROWE aesthetic and brand.
  • Interest in learning about the Direct-to-consumer aspect of a luxury brand.
