The Role
As a Graduate Science Unqualified Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
- Teaching Physics and/or Chemistry across KS3 and KS4
- Planning lessons that balance clarity, challenge, and engagement
- Using assessment effectively to drive student progress and attainment
- Creating a focused, disciplined classroom environment
- Working closely with experienced teachers to refine your practice
- Preparing for progression into a formal teacher training programme
You won’t be observing from the sidelines—you’ll be leading learning, making decisions, and building your teaching identity from the outset.
