Are you a caring and proactive EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant looking to make a significant impact in a child’s early education? This dynamic Haringey primary school is eager to welcome someone who is passionate about supporting young children with additional needs.
You will work with pupils who need help with communication, sensory processing, emotional regulation or early social interaction. You will help adapt classroom routines, provide reassurance during transitions, implement visual supports, and encourage children to engage positively with peers and learning activities.
The School

Staff work well together, and the SENCO provides excellent guidance and coaching to support professional growth. The school invests in its staff through regular training and wellbeing support.
Requirements
• EYFS experience
• SEN understanding (ASD, SLCN, developmental delays)
• Calm, patient and flexible approach
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build positive, trusting relationships
• Strong commitment to inclusion and child development
