Content Creator
Content Creator
Location: Remote
Salary: £35,000
We are looking for a Content Creator to play a key role in bringing our clients brand to life through engaging, high-quality multimedia content. You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, and delivering content that inspires members, showcases our product offering, and strengthens our brand presence across digital channels.
Working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll lead on the creation of monthly content plans, ensuring all content supports business objectives and enhances engagement across our community. This role blends creativity, storytelling, and technical skill — from filming and editing to social media scheduling and podcast production.
The main responsibilities:
Content Planning:
Develop and manage a monthly content plan aligned with marketing campaigns, brand priorities, and member engagement goals.
Content Creation:
Produce engaging multimedia content including video, photography, and graphics for social media and digital platforms, with a focus on workout tips, fitness education, and brand storytelling.
Filming & Collaboration:
Film content in clubs and work with club teams across the region to capture high-quality content that highlights members, staff, and the Snap Fitness experience.
Editing & Post-Production:
Edit video and photo content to create polished, on-brand assets optimised for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Social Media Management:
Own the posting schedule, ensuring content is timely, consistent, and aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives. Track engagement to optimise performance and audience growth.
Podcast Production:
Support the planning, coordination, and production of the Snap Fitness podcast, including pre-production logistics, recording sessions, and post-production editing.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Graphic Designer, Marketing Managers, and wider marketing team to ensure content consistency and alignment across all brand touchpoints.
What we are looking for:
•Proven experience creating social and video content for a consumer brand (ideally within fitness, lifestyle, or wellness).
•Strong understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and platform trends across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
•Proficiency in video and photo editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva).
•Skilled in filming, lighting, and sound setup for short-form and long-form content.
•Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual detail.
•Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Comfortable working independently, visiting clubs to capture content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
•Experience with podcast production and editing is highly desirable.
