BMS Service Engineer - Static Site
Are you an experienced BMS Service Engineer looking for a static-site role with no long commutes or travel across multiple projects? We’re looking for a skilled and reliable engineer to support a single site in East London, working on the service, maintenance, and optimisation of Building Management Systems (BMS).
This is a great opportunity for someone based locally who enjoys system troubleshooting, regular client interaction, and delivering reliable BMS performance day to day.
The BMS Service Engineer Position
You’ll be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, minor modifications, and performance improvements on a single, high-profile site. The role involves working with Trend or Tridium systems, depending on the site configuration.
Location: Static site in East London

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out routine service and maintenance of BMS controls (Trend / Tridium)
* Fault find and resolve issues with sensors, controllers, field devices and communications
* Undertake minor software changes and controller updates
* Support energy efficiency reviews and optimisation strategies
* Provide detailed service reports and communicate issues clearly with the client
* Collaborate with on-site facilities and technical teams
Skills and Experience Required
Essential:
* Proven experience as a BMS Service Engineer (Trend, Tridium, or Siemens)
* Good understanding of HVAC plant and control systems
* Strong fault-finding skills (both hardware and software)
* Comfortable working independently on a static site
* Based within a commutable distance of East London
Desirable:
* Experience with energy management strategies or smart building upgrades
* Relevant electrical or controls qualifications
