About the Role
As a Graduate Trainee Teacher, you will:
- Work alongside experienced teachers to plan, deliver, and assess lessons
- Support students across a variety of key stages and abilities
- Gain insight into classroom management, curriculum planning, and assessment strategies
- Develop essential teaching skills with ongoing feedback, coaching, and CPD
You will be a valued member of the school community, gaining practical experience in a supportive environment while preparing for teacher training or QTS certification.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for final-year students or recent graduates who:
- Have a passion for education and inspiring young people
- Hold, or expect to hold, a strong degree in a relevant subject
- Are resilient, adaptable, and ready to embrace the challenges of the classroom
- Are motivated to pursue a teaching career starting September 2026
Prior experience in schools (volunteering, tutoring, or mentoring) is an advantage but not essential — enthusiasm and commitment are key.
