Agency Account Manager

Your Role
This role is working on the managed service side of the business, servicing agencies. Reporting to our Agency Sales Director, you will be responsible for the account management and growth of our existing business on the agency side of the commercial team - keeping our clients happy, liaising with activation and strategy teams, and ensuring that Fifty's revenue streams remain strong. You will be an enthusiastic self-starter who is a born relationship builder. As the department and business are growing rapidly, there is scope for you to really make this role your own.
Your Responsibilities
- Grow and maintain direct relationships and revenue with Fifty’s existing media agency portfolio.
- Regular travel to attend client meetings and build in-person relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to brief campaigns, ensuring successful delivery against client KPIs and client satisfaction.
- Build compelling presentations, respond to multi-channel media briefs, liaise between our clients and internal teams and run engaging post-campaign analysis sessions.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to agency clients based on campaign success.
- Support the Agency Sales Director in tracking and regularly updating the sales pipeline, and reporting on client revenue and opportunities.
Your Essential Skills
- 3+ years of experience in digital media, specifically within a client-facing role focused on programmatic and/or paid social advertising.
- Proven experience in digital media client services, account management, sales support and/or activation.
- Strong media planning experience and a foundational understanding of the agency and ad-tech landscape.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively to consistently meet revenue targets and client deadlines.
- Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with the confidence to speak, collaborate, and present persuasive arguments to new people at all levels of an organisation.
- A positive ‘can do' attitude to provide energy, drive and enthusiasm, coupled with a motivation to grow your career as the company scales.
Your Salary
£45-50K + Up to 50% OTE commission scheme + Up to 5% company bonus scheme.

Our Logistics
Our process consists of:
- 30 minute meeting with our People Manager to bring your CV to life and give you an insight into working at Fifty
- 45 minute video meeting with the hiring team who will ask and answer role specific questions
- Task based, face-to-face interview with our directors and our People Manager
We are able to let you know if you are invited to an interview or not. However, we do receive a lot of applications and as a small team we are sometimes unable to give individual feedback on each application.
