Are you a nurturing and enthusiastic professional chef ready to make a real difference in little lives? We're on the lookout for a dedicated Nursery Chef to become part of our warm and welcoming team at The Clapham Day Nursery. The nursery is located in a quite cul-de-sac in Peardon Street and is in 3 storey building.
Salary: £29,952 per annum based on a 40 hour week
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, All year round

Your Role as Nursery Chef:
- Prepare fresh, age-appropriate meals daily for our children, catering to all dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with nursery staff and parents to promote healthy eating habits.
- Manage food orders and budgets efficiently to minimise waste.
- Ensure allergy protocols and dietary routines are strictly followed.
What You'll Need:
- Experience cooking in a domestic or commercial setting.
- Strong understanding of dietary requirements and food allergies.
- Knowledge of COSHH and food hygiene standards.
- Passion for preparing nutritious meals for young children.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) - GCSE Grade C or equivalent.
