Fluent Arabic HR Associate Full-Time Contractor

The Fluent Arabic HR Associate Full-Time Contractor serves as a key resource to business unit clients by providing first-line support for HR programs, policies, and employee inquiries. This role is responsible for addressing questions related to HR policies and procedures, benefits, payroll, training, and employee lifecycle activities. The HR Associate will also support HR Partner teams with data analysis, reporting, change management initiatives, talent management activities, onboarding and offboarding, organizational design, compensation programs, and project coordination. Given the global scope of this team, fluency in both written and spoken Arabic is required to support associates across the region.

This is a contract opportunity. The role follows a hybrid work model and is based out of Gartner's Salisbury, London office.

What you’ll do

• Partner closely with HR Business Partners and the broader HR team to provide administrative and operational support, while responding to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Compile, analyze, and maintain HR data and reporting, including metrics such as headcount, turnover, and workforce trends.
• Proactively address employee questions related to payroll, benefits, HR policies, and other employment matters, resolving routine issues independently and escalating when appropriate.
• Perform a variety of HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Process and update personnel transactions within the HRIS system, including new hires, transfers, promotions, job changes, and terminations.
• Prepare employment verification documentation and support employee lifecycle administration.
• Assist with HR programs, projects, and process improvement initiatives to support business and organizational objectives.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferably within Human Resources.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and business rules.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience interpreting and managing HR and employee data.
• Effective research, organizational, and project management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Workday or other HRIS platforms preferred.
• Preferred experience supporting Human Resources practices within the EMEA region, including compliance with local employment laws.
