Senior Residential Property Associate – Leading Boutique Real Estate Firm

About the Firm
The firm is a boutique real estate practice trusted by individuals, families, developers and companies to advise on significant personal and business property investments. It has extensive experience across commercial property, including offices, retail and leisure, as well as residential property, including high-value houses and flats nationwide, landlord and tenant matters, new residential developments, financial lending and mortgages. The firm delivers high-quality, practical advice with an approachable, personal style. Clients value the attentive support provided throughout the entire property process. The firm also holds the Law Society’s CQS accreditation, reflecting the quality, consistency and professionalism of its work.

The Role
The firm is seeking a Senior Residential Property Associate to join its growing real estate team. The successful candidate will manage a varied and often high-value caseload while contributing to the ongoing development of the practice. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a client-facing environment, delivers tailored commercial advice and builds strong, long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Managing a broad caseload of residential property matters, including high-value freehold and leasehold transactions, new build matters, off-plan purchases, refinancing, mortgages, lease extensions and landlord and tenant issues. Acting as a trusted adviser to high-net-worth clients, agents, brokers and lenders. Providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice across all transactions. Drafting and reviewing reports on title, contracts and related property documentation. Ensuring regular, proactive communication with clients and third parties to maintain progress and efficiency. Supporting and supervising junior team members where required. Assisting with business development efforts and strengthening client relationships. Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations and maintaining standards aligned with CQS accreditation.

Candidate Profile
The firm is looking for a qualified solicitor with strong experience in high-value residential property work. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, highly organised and confident managing a busy caseload independently. They will demonstrate exceptional client-handling skills, strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach. The successful candidate will uphold the firm’s reputation for excellent service and play a key role in its continued growth.
