Your Role:

As a Branch Manager, you will lead the launch and growth of our brand-new Barnard Marcus office in Twickenham . This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a cold-start branch , build your own team, establish a strong presence in the local property market, and make a lasting impact from day one.

You’ll drive performance, motivate and develop your people, and ensure every customer receives exceptional service. You’ll also play a key role in valuing and listing properties while building long-term client relationships to fuel sustainable branch success.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within estate agency
• Ideal for an Assistant Branch Manager ready to step up or a Branch Manager seeking a new challenge
• Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills
• A track record of excellent customer service and business generation
• Resilient, ambitious, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-focused
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
