Marketing Specialist

An established global digital business is expanding its marketing function and is seeking a B2B Marketing Specialist to support growth across the UK and international markets. Role Summary
The B2B Marketing Specialist will shape and deliver marketing activity globally. This position involves planning campaigns, managing execution across multiple channels, and using data to refine performance. There is also an opportunity to contribute to projects in other regions as the business grows.
This role suits someone who is analytical, organised, and confident working across teams to create effective, insight-led marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop campaign plans aligned to commercial objectives and audience needs
- Deliver multi‑channel marketing activity, such as email programmes, digital advertising, social campaigns, and targeted website content
- Improve campaigns by testing messaging, creative variations, and user journeys
- Track performance, prepare insights, and recommend changes to enhance impact
- Apply segmentation and behavioural insights to improve relevance and personalisation
- Provide support for occasional industry or sales events
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns support wider business priorities
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient use of resources
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activity to inform future initiatives
Requirements
- Experience in a B2B marketing role
- Strong understanding of campaign planning and execution
- Ability to think strategically while managing hands‑on tasks
- Confident communicator with strong writing skills
- Comfortable working with analytics and CRM tools
- Experience using marketing automation or email platforms
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving
