Position Overview
The Head of Revenue Operations will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of revenue processes across the organization. This role is responsible for aligning sales, marketing, customer success, and finance to drive predictable growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in global markets and a strong understanding of Employer of Record (EOR) services, payroll, HR solutions, and global expansion offerings such as accounting, tax compliance, and corporate entity setup.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy to support global growth objectives.
Partner with executive leadership to forecast revenue, set KPIs, and ensure accurate reporting across regions.
Process Optimization & Enablement
Design and standardize processes for lead-to-cash, ensuring scalability across multiple geographies.
Implement tools and systems to improve pipeline visibility, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Alignment
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure seamless handoffs and unified revenue goals.
Drive alignment on pricing, contract management, and compliance for global service delivery, including payroll, HR, accounting, and entity setup.
Data & Analytics
Oversee revenue analytics and dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership.
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth and margin improvement.
Team Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related roles, preferably in global HR, payroll, accounting, or EOR services.
Proven track record of scaling revenue operations in a multi-country environment.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation, and financial reporting tools.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving alignment across global business units.
