• Full-time role, Monday to Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm)
• Responsible for two school sites

Our client is seeking a proactive and reliable Facilities Manager to join a well-established all-through SEN school in Wandsworth on a full-time, permanent basis, starting ASAP. This role is central to the smooth and safe operation of the school, overseeing facilities, maintenance, health & safety, and site compliance across two locations.
The successful Facilities Manager will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the school environment is safe, secure, and well maintained for pupils with additional needs. This is a varied role requiring strong organisational skills, a practical approach, and the ability to manage priorities across multiple sites.

Experience and Requirements
• Previous experience as a Facilities Manager, Site Manager, or Caretaker (school or SEN experience desirable)
• Strong understanding of health & safety, compliance, and site security
• Ability to manage contractors, maintenance schedules, and day-to-day site issues
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car essential
• Reliable, organised, and able to work independently across two sites
