My client are a leading IT Solutions and Services Provider with over £1bil turnover. The business have always been at the leading edge of technology and are known in the channel for being market leaders in both current and emerging technologies.

Technologies
- Microsoft stack – Server, Exchange, AD, Hyper-V etc
- VMware – knowledge, don’t need an expert
- Networking – knowledge, don’t need an expert
Your Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure hardware and software
- Install, upgrade and migrate server, network, storage and desktop environments.
- Document outcomes and specifics around hardware and software
- Ensure ongoing performance and supportability.
- Deliver tasks in accordance with project plans, including timelines, locations, deliverables, and project procedures.
- Provide second- and third-line support, including fault identification, triage, resolution and escalation in line with SLAs.
