Senior Manager - Tax Risk & Governance
An international professional services firm is offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to join its fast-growing Tax Risk & Governance team. This role is perfect for an ambitious professional who enjoys helping businesses navigate complex tax requirements while also shaping strategy at board level.
The Role
You'll work closely with clients to strengthen their approach to tax governance, improve risk management processes, and build the kind of frameworks that withstand scrutiny from regulators and stakeholders. Projects often involve supporting companies through tax authority reviews, advising on transparency and ESG reporting, and helping senior leadership teams gain confidence in their tax strategy.
Alongside client delivery, you'll contribute to the wider growth of the team - coaching junior staff, spotting opportunities for new client relationships, and bringing a commercial perspective to everything you do.
About You
* Qualified in tax or accountancy (CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
* Proven background in corporate tax, risk or governance projects
* Strong communicator who can influence at senior level
* Skilled at leading teams and delivering complex assignments
* Commercially minded, with the confidence to contribute to business development
Why Join?
This is a leadership role within a team that is investing heavily in growth. You'll gain exposure to high-profile clients across a wide range of industries and have clear scope to shape both your career and the future direction of the practice.
