Premises Manager
Premises Manager West London | Full-Time
A school in West London is looking for an experienced Premises Manager to take responsibility for the effective day-to-day management of its buildings and grounds.
As School Premises Manager, you will oversee the safety, security and maintenance of the school site, ensuring the premises provide a safe and well-maintained environment for pupils and staff.
Responsibilities will include coordinating repairs and maintenance, completing health and safety and compliance checks, managing contractors, overseeing site security and responding to premises issues as they arise. You will also help plan ongoing maintenance and ensure statutory checks and records are kept up to date.
The school is looking for a practical and organised Premises Manager who can confidently manage priorities and take ownership of the site. Previous experience within a school, education setting or similar facilities management role would be highly beneficial.
