What You'll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end execution of traffic campaigns across channels in multiple European languages.
• Collaborate closely with local marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination on campaign details, copy, and creative.
• Utilise automation tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance in real-time and optimise as needed to meet target metrics.
• Work with the central analytics team to generate insights that will inform future campaign strategies.
• Conduct thorough reviews of all campaign assets to ensure they meet brand guidelines and resolve any issues pre-launch.
• Serve as the local market expert, providing guidance and support for scheduling and coordination across multiple campaigns.

Who You Are:

• A proactive marketing or programme management professional.
• Experienced in managing traffic campaigns in the e-commerce or grocery industry.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguous environments and skilled at leveraging technical tools and processes.
• Possess excellent project and stakeholder management skills, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Your Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, or marketing.
• German native speaker with fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools like Excel and Tableau.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, including CRM and lifecycle marketing platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
