Role Information
Key responsibilities include supporting senior leaders and teaching staff with day-to-day administration, managing correspondence, maintaining student and staff records, and providing a professional point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies. The Admin Officer will also assist with admissions processes, timetable administration, and general office coordination.
The successful candidate will be expected to work calmly in a busy environment, prioritise tasks effectively, and contribute positively to the wider school community.
Requirements
• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an educational setting
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident user of Microsoft Office and school management systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
