Advocacy: Influencer Marketing Industrial Placement 2026
Advocacy: Influencer Marketing Industrial Placement 2026
Hello, we’re L’Oréal, we’re not just building brands, we're shaping how the world experiences beauty (and it takes a lot of cool jobs to do it). Intrigued? Keep reading, this might be the opportunity you've been searching for.
A Day in the Life
Based in our White City, London office, you will join a dynamic Advocacy team for a one-year placement starting on Monday, 29th June 2026. You will be a key player in shaping the public narrative for our iconic international brands. This isn't just about PR; it's about strategic brand building in a dynamic, digital-first landscape.
Your contribution will be essential for successful product launches and sustained brand growth. You will:
- Work with senior stakeholders to support the development of Advocacy and Influencer Marketing strategies. Assist in translating brand goals into actionable roadmaps, providing the tactical support necessary to align influencer activities with broader business objectives.
- Serve as one of our key points of contact for influencers, creators, and talent agencies. Focus on building authentic, long-term relationships and nurturing a community of brand advocates through consistent engagement and industry networking.
- Collaborate on "social-first" creative concepts and assist in briefing agencies to deliver high-impact content. Support the logistical organisation of brand events and activations that drive social conversation and visibility.
- Work alongside Marketing, Media, and Activation teams to support seamless product launches. Ensure influencer work is integrated into the wider marketing mix to maintain a cohesive brand message across all touchpoints.
We Are Looking For
We are seeking an analytical and strategic thinker with a strong grasp of the digital landscape and a drive to make an impact. You are a team player who can build relationships and manage projects effectively. We're looking for someone who demonstrates:
- A strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem and a "social-first" creative eye. You can identify emerging trends and talent, assisting in the development of creative briefs that result in engaging, high-impact content.
- A natural ability to build authentic connections. You understand the importance of long-term advocacy over one-off transactions and are passionate about nurturing a community of loyal brand supporters.
- A genuine love for social media with a deep knowledge of platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.). You stay ahead of digital culture, understanding what resonates with audiences and how to translate that into brand visibility.
- Excellent organisational skills to support initiatives from concept to completion. You are adept at managing multiple deadlines and providing the necessary tactical support to help senior stakeholders deliver successful campaigns.
- The ability to articulate ideas clearly and work effectively across internal teams and external partners. You are a team player who ensures a cohesive brand message is maintained across all touchpoints.
What’s In It for You
- Experience the immediate impact of your work by helping to shape how our brands come to life through the voices of creators. You will play a vital role in nurturing daily interactions that strengthen our influencer community and drive real-world brand advocacy.
- A place to step out of your comfort zone and grow beyond your potential. We encourage you to explore new "social-first" ideas, take creative risks, and contribute to the evolution of our advocacy strategies.
- Gain meaningful experience from day one by supporting high-profile projects. While you work under the guidance of senior stakeholders, you will be empowered to contribute your ideas and see them translated into visible, successful campaigns.
- Join a community of 200+ early careers peers. At L'Oréal, you are not just an intern; you are an essential part of a fast-moving culture that celebrates diversity—where people of every background, identity, and ability are empowered to thrive.
- Contribute to something bigger! You will have the opportunity to support our brands in their societal and environmental missions, helping to make a concrete difference through authentic storytelling and purposeful advocacy.
