An established global real estate consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to join its Project & Building Services division, specifically within the New Build team based in Central London.

The team delivers predominantly student accommodation schemes, alongside selected retail and healthcare projects. With strong sector expertise in student accommodation, they manage both refurbishment portfolios and new-build developments typically ranging from £20m–£30m.

Strong Contract Administration experience (JCT essential)

Technically sound, organised, and detail-oriented

Confident, professional, and highly client-facing

Able to independently lead projects with appropriate oversight

A Quantity Surveyor who has transitioned into Project Management will also be considered

Why Apply

This is a hands-on role within a well-structured and supportive team, offering clear progression to Senior Project Manager level. The position provides exposure to high-value new-build and refurbishment schemes, alongside strong mentorship and long-term career development.
