This role offers you the chance to lead a dedicated team, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving the success of these transformative projects.

As Contracts Manager you will possess a robust background in civil engineering, with a proven track record in managing large-scale road projects. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is essential, coupled with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Your ability to navigate complex contractual landscapes, coupled with strong leadership and communication skills, will be key to your success.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of road projects.

- Managing project budgets and schedules, ensuring financial and timeline targets are met.

- Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.

- Implementing and maintaining rigorous health and safety standards.

- Leading and mentoring project teams to achieve optimal performance.
