What You’ll Do

 

The Regional Sales Executiv e - SAP Concur offers the opportunity to engage with some of the most dynamic organisations across Ireland and Scotland. As part of a high-growth market for Concur SMB, the successful candidate will have the chance to make a significant impact. Success in this role demands a proactive mindset, a strong sense of ownership, and the creativity to navigate complex sales scenarios. Self-awareness and openness to feedback are essential f or continuous development

 

Tasks and Objectives

· Own and exceed the Company’s annual revenue quota within a vertically aligned territory.

· Proactively generate new business through creative prospecting, cold outreach, and relationship building.

· Report directly to the Regional Sales Director.

· Drive sales of Concur Expense, Travel, and Invoice solutions to new customers.

· Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and close.

· Collaborate with pre-sales experts for technical and product support.

· Maintain deep product knowledge of Concur’s offerings.

· Accurately document sales activities in Salesforce, manage pipeline, and provide timely forecasts and reports.

· Build a strong understanding of the territory, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and relevant business challenges.

· Apply effective time and territory management strategies to maximise performance.

· Contribute actively to the sales team and broader Concur community.

· Respond to RFPs/RFIs, coordinating input across internal teams.

· Share feedback with cross-functional teams to improve product and sales strategies.

· Align with marketing, business development, customer success, and other internal stakeholders.

· Adhere to all corporate policies and compliance standards.
