Source, onboard, and manage suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring quality, reliability, and strong commercial terms.
Support buying and range planning by ensuring products are sourced, costed, and ordered in line with demand and commercial objectives.
Own product development and operational delivery timelines from concept through to launch, coordinating across product, creative, suppliers, and operations teams.
Improve end-to-end operational and supply chain efficiency across production, logistics, fulfilment, and ecommerce operations.
Ensure all launches are operationally ready with the right stock levels, planning, and delivery timelines in place.
Monitor and optimise margins through cost control, supplier negotiation, and operational efficiencies.
Work cross-functionally with product, ecommerce, growth, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution.
CORE COMPETENCIES
