Bid Manager
Blue Legal are partnering with a national law firm to recruit a Bid Manager to join their one of their UK offices on a 12 month FTC basis, specialising in Social Housing and Local Government. This role will suit an experienced Senior Bids Professional with a proven ability to excel in fast-paced bid environments
The Responsibilities:
Lead bid kick-off meetings and coordinate the collection of required content and information.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of bids and tenders.
Work alongside partners and subject matter experts to develop winning strategies and value propositions.
Draft, edit, refine, and proofread persuasive bid responses, including technical content, ensuring alignment with agreed messaging.
Prepare CVs, team profiles, and supporting bid documentation.
Organise and coordinate presentation rehearsals.
Provide guidance and support to presentation teams to maximise performance.
Develop presentation materials and supporting collateral.
The Candidate:
Proven track record in Bid Management within legal or professional services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to build senior level relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
