Assistant Merchandiser
RHR is delighted to be partnering with a long-established UK-based fashion retailer in the search of an assistant merchandiser. The brand has been running for over 55 years and is known for their accessible and stylish products across womenswear, menswear and childrenswear. The brand stands for inclusivity, offering a wide range of products for customers to express themselves through. The successful candidate will support the merchandising team to analyse department sales to identify trends and opportunities. In addition, you will assist the team with stock replenishment and work cross-functionally with the buying team and suppliers to ensure critical paths are analysed and actioned accordingly. You will manage new and repeat orders and support senior management with OTB sales and forecasting. The brand is either looking for a merchandising admin assistant ready for the next step, or an existing assistant merchandiser looking for a new challenge. You will be extremely data driven and analytical, with exceptional Excel skills and strong communication skills. You approach problem-solving tasks with confidence and have a strong commercial mindset. The vacancy is on womenswear but they are open to backgrounds. This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to work from the office four days a week and one from home. In return, the company offers a salary ranging from £31,500 - £33,500, a generous 40% employee discount, pension scheme, life assurance, option to buy more annual leave and enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave. For your development, there is a bi-annual career review programme designed for each individual.
