Senior Product Marketing Manager
Reapit – Who are we?
Reapit is the original, end-to-end business technology provider for estate agencies of all sizes. We’ve been helping sales and lettings agents to build relationships and grow their businesses for more than 25 years. Our technology connects property professionals in Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand with buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords to power the relationships that change lives.
In the United Kingdom and Ireland, Reapit’s market-leading technology product suite provides estate and lettings agents with powerful tools covering sales, lettings, property management, block management, client accounts and analytics, underpinned by a robust, security infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead how our products are positioned, launched, sold, and adopted in the UK market.
This is a strategic leadership role with real ownership. You will shape our market narrative, build a modern product marketing engine, and ensure our customer‑facing teams can consistently articulate clear, differentiated value. You’ll lead a small product marketing team and work cross-functionally with the product, sales and CSM teams to optimize execution of the go-to-market strategy.
What you’ll lead
Market‑led positioning & differentiation
You will own UK product positioning, ensuring it is grounded in deep customer understanding, competitive intelligence, and market insight and that it clearly differentiates Reapit in a crowded PropTech landscape.
This includes:
Turning customer insight, win/loss analysis, and competitive signals into clear positioning and messaging
Maintaining a strong point of view on where we win, where we lose, and why
Influencing product and GTM decisions with market truth with research backed data
Value‑led messaging & sales enablement
You will ensure our value proposition is not just well written, but commercially effective.
Build the messaging frameworks that power pitches, demos, proposals, and conversations
Enable Sales, Account Management and CSM teams with narratives, battlecards, proof points, and objection handling
Raise the bar on how confidently and consistently teams sell value (not features)
Customer base marketing (expansion & adoption)
Product marketing doesn’t stop at acquisition.
You’ll work closely with the rest of the marketing team, sales and customer success to:
Create expansion and adoption plays for our existing customer base
Support cross‑sell and upsell initiatives with clear value stories and campaigns
Help customers realise (and recognise) more value from the Reapit platform
Product launches & GTM excellence
You’ll lead UK go‑to‑market strategy for product and feature launches, including clear operational communications to customers and the structured retirement of products where needed.
You will ensure launches are:
Market‑relevant
Internally aligned
Designed for adoption, not just announcement
You’ll build a repeatable, scalable launch motion that works across products and teams.
Thought leadership & category credibility
You’ll help position Reapit as a trusted authority in the market by shaping:
Product‑led thought leadership
Customer stories and proof
Insight‑driven narratives that elevate our credibility with agents, partners, and the industry
Building a modern, AI‑enabled GTM brain
You’ll bring a modern approach to product marketing using data, tooling, and AI where appropriate to:
Scale customer and competitive insight
Improve win/loss learning
Increase speed and clarity of GTM decision‑making
Your leadership role
This is a player–coach role.
Lead, coach and develop a small UK product marketing team, within the global product marketing organisation
Set direction, standards and priorities for the function
Stay hands‑on in strategic areas such as positioning, launches, and major enablement initiatives, but also in execution.
Lead UK GTMs end‑to‑end and deliver what is required in practice, from content and collateral creation, through planning and scheduling, to stakeholder engagement and performance reporting.
Who we're looking for
Proven experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS or technology environments
Experience in win/loss programs, competitive, customer and market intelligence, or revenue enablement
Strong background in positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategy
Experience leading or mentoring others (formal people leadership)
Track record of partnering effectively with Product, Sales and Customer teams
How you think and work
Deeply customer‑centric: you seek insight, not assumptions
Commercially minded: you care about impact on revenue, adoption, growth and retention
Strategic but pragmatic: you can set direction and execute
Confident communicator who can influence without authority
Practitioner of modern PMM practices, including AI and data‑driven insight
Nice to have
Experience in PropTech
Experience working in Hubspot and Webflow
What your impact and success looks like
Reapit has a clear, differentiated UK product narrative that resonates with customers and sellers
Sales and Customer teams are visibly more confident selling value and differentiation
Product launches are disciplined, aligned, and adoption‑focused, aimed at value realisation, securing customer advocacy and retention
Customer expansion motions are supported by strong product marketing
Product marketing is recognised internally as a strategic GTM partner, not a service function
What’s in it for you?
We operate a Flexible Working Policy and we would like for you to work from our London office 2-3 days per week.
