English Teacher - SEMH School We are seeking a compassionate and resilient English Teacher to join our specialist SEMH school in Surrey, teaching small class groups of students who have been out of the school system for a period of time. This is a rewarding opportunity to re-engage learners, build their confidence, and help them succeed in English. The Role: Plan and deliver creative, differentiated English lessons for students with SEMH needs. Support learners to overcome barriers to learning, building trust and motivation through a nurturing approach. Collaborate with colleagues, therapists and support staff to provide holistic care and education. About You: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) with experience teaching English. Strong understanding of SEMH and a patient, empathetic approach. Ability to inspire, engage and build positive relationships with students who have faced disruption in education. This role offers the chance to make a genuine difference to young people's lives, helping them reconnect with learning and achieve their potential
