Learning Support Assistant

A friendly and inclusive primary school in Ealing is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils with additional learning needs. This is a rewarding role where you can have a direct impact on children's confidence and progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with EHCPs, autism, and social, emotional, or behavioural needs

• Assist the class teacher in adapting lessons and resources for differentiated learning

• Provide both 1:1 and group support to meet individual targets

• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff

• Promote independence, communication skills, and emotional wellbeing

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school

• A calm, nurturing, and proactive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to commit to a full-time, term-time role and start ASAP
