The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Regional Supply Chain Planning Manager to join our team in a newly created role that will shape how we move materials across the South of England. You’ll be at the centre of a complex logistics network, with ships delivering into wharfs, trains into railheads, and onward deliveries to customer sites by barge, rail, and road.
Your role will be to take forecasting and planning to the next level: analysing demand across sites, optimising stock positions, and finding smarter ways to serve customers; whether that’s linking multiple jobs into a single delivery or reducing cost and carbon in the way we move materials. You’ll work closely with Commercial, Logistics, and Operational teams to drive customer service performance while optimising distribution costs.
This is a chance to make a real impact on key infrastructure projects, ensuring our supply chain is efficient, sustainable, and resilient for the future.
Who you are
You’re an experienced supply chain professional with a background in manufacturing, production, or materials processing. Motivated by the challenge of making complex logistics run smoothly.
You'll have excellent supply chain planning expertise, ideally covering forecasting, production, and logistics.
You'll have proven experience in road logistics. We can support your knowledge across rail and barge.
You'll be commercially minded, with the ability to balance cost, customer service, and sustainability.
As a confident communicator, you'll be comforte collaborating across multiple teams and challenge the status quo.
We are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. You will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age.
