Quantity Surveyor
• Manage procurement, subcontractor accounts, and monthly cost reporting
• Assist Project Surveyors with commercial management across multiple live projects
• Take full commercial ownership of a £1m project in central London
• Prepare valuations, variations, and project cost forecasts
• Attend regular site visits (approx. 50% office / 50% site-based)
• Work closely with estimating to support upcoming tenders and bids
• Support with cost planning and commercial close-out What they're looking for
• Ideally degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying with 2/3 years' experience (or 5-6 years' experience without a degree)
• Experience with main contractors delivering high-end residential or commercial fit-out projects
• Good all-round understanding of procurement, variations, and cost control
• Confident communicator, hands-on, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a smaller contractor environment with direct access to senior management The Company

Turnover sits around £14 million, with a strong pipeline of repeat business and a collaborative team culture. Recent wins include a £3.5m commercial refurbishment, with several £1m schemes expected to start over the winter period. The company has three experienced Project Surveyors in place - this role will slot in to provide commercial support and take ownership of new upcoming work.
