Interim Head of HR
An Interim Head of HR to:
- Lead a large HR Function
- Coach and up skill the team and create a stable or continuous service
- Identify and handle performance issues
- Establish the HR function and HR team across the wider organisation
- Provide strategic HR leadership and develop the people function
- Continue to implement key HR projects, including establishing and modernising the HR function
- Play a key role in significantly changing the HR function and embedding best practice across the organisation
