Store keyholder – opening and closing the store
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports regarding store performance
Cashing up the till and other banking duties
Providing excellent customer service
Being point of contact for any staff of customer issues
Resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
Processing product deliveries and movements on CEGID
Participating in annual stock takes as well as carrying out line checks throughout the year
Processing mail orders, stock transfers, stock deliveries
Merchandising the shop floor
Supervising and motivating staff
Coaching and training staff
Addressing staff performance issues with company policies and procedures
Execute disciplinary actions when necessary
Event management – Marketing and Promotions
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising
Brand representation
Policy and Procedure Compliance
