The Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join our New Malden store. You will engage with customers, understand their needs and guide them to the right choices. This is a customer-facing, target-driven role where you will play a key part in delivering a great in-store experience.

What you will be doing as a Sales Specialist

• Deliver excellent customer service by listening and responding to customer needs
• Guide customers through products, features and aftercare
• Build strong relationships to encourage repeat business
• Achieve and exceed personal and store sales targets
• Maintain high standards across the showroom
• Process sales accurately using in-store systems
• Support with stock, deliveries, and general store operations

What we are looking for

• Previous retail sales experience, ideally in furniture or homeware
• Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable style
• Passion for customer service and creating a great experience
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays
• Basic IT skills
