As a Programme Manager at Hyde, you will lead the Operations change portfolio and provide programme management expertise for complex change across Operations. You will turn strategic and operational priorities into clear, well–governed programmes that improve service quality, consistency and outcomes for residents and colleagues.

Key Duties

• Lead and manage the Business Analyst team, setting priorities, building capability and supporting delivery against agreed outcomes.
• Support the Head of Change and Delivery to manage the Operations change portfolio, agree priorities and provide clear visibility of progress, risks and constraints.
• Lead the planning and delivery of complex programmes and projects, ensuring scope, milestones, resources, dependencies and benefits are clearly defined.
• Establish proportionate governance, reporting and assurance to support effective decision–making, escalation and delivery confidence.
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders, operational teams and support functions to align priorities, manage expectations and drive successful change.

As a Programme Manager we re seeking someone who can bring:

• Proven experience of leading complex projects or programmes from planning through to delivery, including scope, risks, dependencies, governance and benefits.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to work with senior leaders and teams across the business.
• A proactive mindset and passion for delivering change that improves services, consistency and outcomes for residents and colleagues.
• The ability to lead and develop a team, set priorities, support performance and build capability.
• Strong knowledge of programme and project management methods, tools and governance; experience of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or JIRA would be helpful.
